Open up a little area of the drywall by the window that is above the shower to see if there is any growth behind it. (This area will be drywalled and texture for the clients paint)
Install 2 fans in each bathroom to eliminate the humidity in the bathrooms (The fans will have humidistat for the humidity levels, also they will need a 4inch line that will be vented on the roof, currently there is a 3inch)
Clean both bathrooms of growth to reassure that it is eliminated (There is a 3yr. warranty on the remediation)
Paint master bathroom with anti-microbial paint (Client may do this and the price will be taken off)
