Run air scrubber
(An air scrubber is designed with a dual filtered system in an arear to eliminate any possible contaminates from going through the home. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
(This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices. This is a per person per day basis. There will need to be new PPE every day for proper safety. This includes the Tyvek suits, gloves, and any filters per the duration of the job).
Removal of batt insulation. (Calculated per sq.ft )
(This includes bagging up the insulation and disposing of it. IICRC certification requires all mold remediation companies to remove insulation when the growth is over 10sqft.
Treatment with anti-microbial solution. Areas to be treated:
* Crawl space $1795
* Master bathroom walls and ceiling $650
* Master bedroom closet $200
* Master bedroom interior window perimeter $100
Re-connect dryer vent with proper heat tape to prevent any future leaking.

All remediation work is warrantied for 3 years if the client corrects the underlying issues that caused the growth in the first place and no further moisture damage occurs.
We expect payments upon the completion of the job. There will be a 3% interest charge per month on late invoices.
