Install new tile floors (This price is for a mid grade tile. Requires new hardibacker, thinset, spacers and tile.)
Removal of current shower(Requires capping water lines, removing walls and pan. We will dispose of)
Installation of tile shower (Tile will go to the ceiling. Includes pan, thinset, waterproofing, hardibacker or green board, tiles and labor. Also requires new drain and valve assembly.)
Baseboard removal and reinstall for new tile. (Touchup paint, caulk and supplies)
Removal of tile around tub
Reinstall tile around tub to match the shower (This requires green board on walls where the tile needs to go. All requires tile and thinset.)
Install shiplap above vanities (removal of mirrors to put shiplap on the walls above vanity. Includes trimming out and painting.)
