Contain Area for Remediation (Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place. Cost is relayed on a linear foot basis)
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices. This is a per person per day basis. There will need to be new PPE every day for proper safety. This includes the Tyvek suits, gloves, and any filters per the duration of the job).
Run air scrubber (An air scrubber is designed with a dual filtered system in an arear to eliminate any possible contaminates from going through the home. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)
Removal of drywall in closet on the ceiling and walls.(Drywall is removed at times to expose areas where remediation is to take place. This cost is a square footage cost.)
Removal of batt insulation in the walls of the closet.(This includes bagging up the insulation and disposing of it. IICRC certification requires all mold remediation companies to remove insulation when the growth is over 10sqft. This is a square footage calculation.)
Replacement of vapor barrier in the crawlspace (Vapor barrier is removed is there is water intrusion or contamination from possible microbial growth. The industry standard requires that all vapor barrier be removed when possible microbial growth is over 10sqft.)
Pre and Post HEPA vacuuming (HEPA vacuuming is a process of pulling all contaminates off a surface area. This process eliminates mold particles from a surface area with specific vacuums without contaminating the air quality of a livable space. HEPA vacuuming is normally done before and after to reassure no particles are in the space that was contaminated).
Treatment with anti-microbial solution in an area of accessible attic space. Also the treatment of the closet in the master. Then finally in the crawlspace.(Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)
Installation of drywall (Drywall will be replaced with the same size drywall, it will be hung, taped, textured and paint to match the rest of the home.)
