Contain area around the shower to reassure that no contamination was to get in the home.

Demo (Demo includes removal of the lower level of tiles, remove of the shower pan and tiles. Shower pan is going to need to be completely broken up. (The walls needed demoed,  where the wall tile was this was not a part of the original bid.)

Remediate any growth that may be a subflooring and walls that have been exposed. (There was included cost for the area in the crawlspace, behind the demoed walls that weren’t in the original estimate.)

Repour new shower pan with 5 bags of concrete

Add new wall board where the water had water damaged the wall that needed to be removed.

Reseal the waterproofing on the shower on the bottom of the shower where the tile was removed (Requires waterproofing to be installed on all exposed walls where the tile was removed.)

Retile the wall and flooring with grout (Client will provide all tile and grout)

Run air scrubber and dehumidifier (The air scrubber was to reassure that there was no microbial growth throughout the home until the growth was fully cleaned. The dehumidifier was added in order to dry the area of the shower up to be able to install the tile properly.)
