Open up vapor barrier on the side of the house that the work was done. This will be opening up the vapor barrier after moving the insulation that is on top of it. Then once the vapor barrier is opened we can view if there is any growth. There is lumber behind the vapor barrier that we may see. This lumber may have got wet and have growth. We will not charge for remediation until we view it.
