Remove and replace insulation board behind the siding that has taken on water from the sprinkler
Removal and replacement of drywall inside the house directly under the window on the inside of the house and extending areas that were damaged by the water (Requires removal, disposal of drywall, install of new drywall, tape, mud, texture and paint match.
Remove and replace insulation behind the drywall that was removed
Pull carpet and pad and haul away in room we’re water was coming in
Remediate growth on the floor and the wall where the drywall was removed
Dry the wet area up to place everything (Requires air movers that will dry out the wet area)
