Remove insulation throughout entire attic space (We remove insulation because our IICRC standards requires the removal after 10sqft. of coverage of growth. There is extra cost involved because of the low roofline)
Remediation of the attic (Treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. and is transferable to any owner of the home. The treatment is an antimicrobial agent that cleans and eliminate all growth. There will also be areas where the growth will need to come off with brushing and HEPA vacuums.
