Removal and replacement of batt insulation under two areas where the inspector called out the areas. (This includes bagging up the insulation and disposing of it. IICRC certification requires all mold remediation companies to remove insulation when the growth is over 10sqft.)

All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)
