Contain area for remediation in the bathroom, two doors will be sealed up and an air scrubber will run to purify the external air. (Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place.) ALL CONTENTS WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED FOR OUR CLEANING!

Removal of door (Client was going to seal the holes from the screws. The door is beyond cleaning. (We will place in bags and haul away. Includes dump cost.)

Treatment with anti-microbial solution in shower and on walls in bathroom. The shower will be rinsed with water after so that the solution will no longer be on the shower. (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place. This shower is not warrantied due to the client not keeping it clean.)
