Remediate mold in attic. This will be a muti-part remediation practice that will include chemical treatment and dry ice blasting.
Install new insulation in attic to Idaho R-value.
Remediate mold in crawl space. 2 small spots
Clean out and install new plastic
Clean mold on drywall and cut holes and repair holes.
