Seal the foundation where cold join is leaking on the outside of the home (Requires wire brushing the foundation and coating)
Add French drain and river rock in hole (Requires plumbing pipe to revert water)
Fill remaining hole with fill dirt and old sod to cover area that we worked on
Repair sprinkler lines and heads that we had to dig up
