Removal of cabinet lower to clean effectively underneath. (The underlayment took on water at one point, we know this by the growth on the top and lower areas of the the flooring. Remediation of the areas can only be handled properly if removed. There is also growth located on the drywall and the lower cabinet. We will try not to damage the counter-tops or backsplash, but it is a possibility)
Remove and replace the tiles located by where the leak was (The client has the tiles and we will pickup the grout will match the current tiles. These areas will be identified through the ability to see any mold growth or water damage)
Removal of the underlayment under the cabinet, in the kitchen and bathroom. (These areas will be identified through the ability to see any mold growth or water damage)
Reinstall the cabinet lower with some bracing in the areas that we removed on the legs from the water it took on. (Includes removal of the plumbing and reinstall)
Remediate the growth that was under the underlayment and in the wall cavity where we saw growth on the drywall
Remove OSB material with the biological growth at the Southeast corner of the residence (Includes disposal)
Remediate growth on the Southeast corner and under the powder room
Add new insulation on areas where the water intrusion took place and push following insulation back up
Check for any active water intrusion by turning on all points of entry of water
