Remove single sink vanity in the bathroom potential damaged on back side from water, if it is damaged we will have to add extra cost for the clients new vanity of choice (Requires the sink to be disconnected and reconnected as well)
Remove 12x2ft. sheet of drywall in the laundry includes trim and removal of washer and dryer (The rebuild will need the drywall to be installed, taped, textured and painted. If there is not a paint match there will be the need to paint the whole wall that the drywall is done on)
Remove and 12sqft. of insulation in laundry room

Clean all growth that is on the 2×4’s in the bathroom (Cleaning is done with an anti-microbial agent that both eliminates and prevents future growth)
Add 4 air movers on the areas that had moisture
