Move content out of the way to set up containment properly, (a charge will not accrue if someone besides our company does the moving of contents)
Open up the walls & remove drywall and affected areas damaged by the water. We need to see the extent of the water damage intrusion (we’ll then need to access it once we see the damage) with Dan and come up with a resolution to make sure the water issues are totally resolved.
Pull back the carpet in Pastor’s office, to reassure no damage has occurred.
Dump Fee
Clean the area above the bathroom, which includes our 3 Year Warranty if no water issues exist.
Remediate minimal growth
Repair wall and cove base if minimal damage has occurred, which is replace and put up drywall, texture, and paint, put back to original state as best as possible. Replace insulation.
