Remediate mold-like substance in the whole crawlspace (The growth is throughout the whole crawlspace, remediation will be done with an anti-microbial solution that will both clean and prevent further growth. We offer a 3yr. warranty with treatment and reassure that the crawlspace growth will be eliminated).
Opening up the vapor barrier to dry out the crawlspace (Boise Mold Removal will open up each section that is needed by cutting open the vapor barrier. Once opened up air movers and possibly 2 dehumidifiers will be placed in the crawlspace to dry any wet areas up. This may take two days but is dependent upon what we see, we will have to send a worker out to verify the dry time. The vapor barrier will then be sealed back up to the conditioned crawlspace standard, this may require an additional vapor barrier to be installed to seal the cut areas).
