Contain Area for Remediation located in back room. Requires plastic runners and floor covering. There is paneling that needs to be removed in the pump room because we pulled moisture meter readings and saw excessive moisture in the walls along one side. (Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place.) 

Run air scrubber (An air scrubber is designed with a dual filtered system in an arear to eliminate any possible contaminates from going through the home. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices. This is a per person per day basis. There will need to be new PPE every day for proper safety. This includes the Tyvek suits, gloves, and any filters per the duration of the job).

Removal of Drywall and paneling in the pump room and the little office space to expose all areas of moisture intrusion. (Drywall is removed at times to expose areas where remediation is to take place. Also requires a licensed plumber to remove plumbing at closing time for the carwash to function during operation hours. This may change in price if damages are accessed differently when the panels and drywall are pulled.)

Treatment with anti-microbial solution (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place. This may change in price if damages are accessed differently when the panels and drywall are pulled.)

Replacement of Drywall and Paneling (Drywall is hung, taped, mudded and painted to match current texture. This will require a plumber to reconnect everything in after hours. This may change in price if damages are accessed differently when the panels and drywall are pulled.)

Seal outside in the carwash area under the panels to reassure no moisture will ever come in again. This will require a silicone added to the exterior as well rubber or plastic piece added to the bottom of the current panels to restrict all water from hitting the drywall. These panels in the outside may need removed to once the interior is pulled we will see if there any more damages.)
