Replace two sets of blinds. Includes new hardware and install.
Trim out waterlines upstairs to look more appealing for the house. Includes cutting trim and painting.
Fix multiple window seals that are pealing paint and need drywall repair.
Fix doors. One handle is bad on the front door. It will need to be keyed to allow the current keys to function accordingly. There is one door that needs the striker plate fixed and the door bondoed by the laundry room. The garage door needs the right handle. It has a handle that doesn’t have a striker plate. There is the backdoor where the trim needs to be stripped bondoed and painted. This price includes hardware and labor.
Purchase and install new light cover.
