Demo master bathroom (Includes demo of bathtub, surround, bathtub and fixtures, capping off all plumbing lines on bathtub, tearing up pull and stick tiles, removing vanity, capping vanity plumbing/ pull and remove toilet, removal of bathroom fan, take out medicine cabinet, removal of drywall above surround, disposal of the bathroom materials and cleanup of bathroom).
Master bathroom tile shower and Install Glass Door(Includes customer purchase everything, but we will purchase all installation supplies for tile. Such as thinset, hardibacker, plumbing connections to get to fixtures, screws, sealants, grout that is client’s choice) (Includes shower fixer installation, plumbing. Includes glass door for shower).
Install master bathroom flooring (Includes client purchasing tiles, we will purchase all install supplies such as thinset, hardibacker, screws, sealants, grout that is client’s choice).
Install brand new toilet with new wax ring. (Client will purchase toilet).
Install single sink vanity in master bathroom (Client will purchase vanity with new sink and tile for backsplash, we will purchase screws, sealants and new plumbing for the new sink, price includes removal of old backsplash and install of the new one on three walls, which will include new drywall where old backsplash was).
Install new fan and lighting in master bathroom (Client will purchase).
Paint master bathroom (the medicine cabinet areas will need to have a drywall patch done to cover the whole that they will have when we remove them from the walls, we will supply paint supplies for the paint to be applied, this will include, brushes, rollers, tape, caulking, spackling, drop clothes).
Install new counter-tops with new sink in kitchen (Includes us purchasing new sink and tile for backsplash, we will epoxy all counter-tops, includes removal of old backsplash and install of new backsplash, includes plumbing, application of epoxy).
