PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices. This is a per person per day basis. There will need to be new PPE every day for proper safety. This includes the Tyvek suits, gloves, and any filters per the duration of the job).

Run air scrubber (An air scrubber is designed with a dual filtered system in an arear to eliminate any possible contaminates from going through the home. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)

Contain Area for Remediation (Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place. Cost is relayed on a linear foot basis)

Demo entire shower including (Tile, shower pan, and 2×4 walls for desired height) This also including hauling away and dumping debris

Removal and replacement of batt insulation. (This includes bagging up the insulation and disposing of it. IICRC certification requires all mold remediation companies to remove insulation when the growth is over 10sqft. This is a square footage calculation.)

Treatment with anti-microbial solution (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)

Removal of shower valves (includes reinstalment of new valves in the same location) 

Reframe walls to approximately 6.5-7ft tall for customers desired look  

Install waterproof membrane for shower walls and pan (warranty for 15 years)

Install fan in shower with humidistat for humidity levels to stay low 

Install new tiles on shower pan and walls up to the ceiling where glass is not desired (approximately 3 -5 dollars per square foot)

Drywall work where glass will be resting on ( includes minor repairs from shower demo) 

Install glass shower glass door

Install regular drain

Install Shower shelves of approximately the current shelving size
