   – **Task Details:** Installing tiles on floor to drain properly. Install tiles from floor level up to the ceiling in the shower area.

   – **Considerations:** Waterproofing, tile pattern, grout color.

   – **Curbed Shower Build:**

   – **Task Details:** Constructing a shower area with a low barrier (curb), installing shower base, tiling.

   – **Considerations:** Drainage slope, accessibility.

 **Bench Installation:**

   – **Task Details:** Building a fixed bench within the shower area for seating or soaps.

 **Shower Handles:**

   – **Task Details:** Modifying existing vanity dimensions or features to fit new elements. We will have to adjust plumbing as well for height change.

   – **Considerations:** Matching or blending finishes with new components.

 **Sink Replacement:**

   – **Task Details:** Removing the old sink, choosing new sink style, installation, and reconnection of plumbing.

   – **Considerations:** Single or double sink, material (porcelain, glass, stone).

**Tile Backsplash:**

   – **Task Details:** Selecting tiles, preparing the wall surface, cutting and applying tiles with adhesive.

   – **Considerations:** Design style, color, and material choice—ceramic, porcelain.

**Fixtures (Sink):**

   – **Task Details:** Selecting and installing faucets with proper fittings.

   – **Considerations:** Finish (chrome, brass, nickel), water efficiency, and style.

(Additional Info: Backsplash tile cost was a wash with the cost for the backsplash piece and cuts)

Add New Customer Preference Baseboard in Bathroom. Painted to match home.

Patched 2 holes in the home and skim coated the wall by the light switch, the wall to the right of the tub and the wall under the area where the mirror was. Also had to build up header area to look appealing with it being off.
