Removing and treating Mold in crawl space. We use a high presser treatment to clean up the mold growth and staining.
Install New Vapor Barrier (Install new vapor barrier in the crawlspace. The vapor is to cover all the dirt to reassure that moisture is kept down. The vapor barrier will be done with a 6mil plastic, which is the industry standard. The cost is done on square footage.)
