Remove and replace insulation around the perimeter of the crawlspace (Recommend that all insulation be removed to fix all water entree. The insulation may be able to be reused (not recommended, but this will cut costs on this line item).
Add new vapor barrier in areas where there is none (Including removing vegetation).
Treat the entire crawlspace with an anti-microbial solution (Remediation is warranted for 3yrs.)
Once the insulation is removed we will explore the moisture issues and how to resolve them. This resolution will be explained to the client so we can proactively fix the issue before mold treatment.
