Removal and reinstall of trim, windows in various areas where water has entered (There is potential growth that the water that has come into the windows has caused. Lowe’s will be installing 3 windows and we will be installing 2 windows.)

Treatment with anti-microbial solution in attic by exhaust vents and on window areas. (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)
Fix exhaust bathroom vents
Run air scrubber (An air scrubber is designed with a dual filtered system in an arear to eliminate any possible contaminates from going through the home. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)
