Install waterproofing around the shower for warrantied shower. (This requires the drain to be set as well. There will be a waterproof membrane that will be sealed to be watertight.) A LITTLE BIT WAS ADDED FOR THE CEILING)

Install mid-grade tile with poly grout which is a little bit more because of the material and the skill involved. This is for the shower (3-4/sqft. tile). (THERE IS A SLIGHT ADDITION TO THIS NUMBER FOR THE CEILING TILE)

Demo of the LVP and underlayment in the guest bathroom. Bathroom approximately a 6’x7’ (This is also disposal of materials).
