Scope of Work:
Initial Assessment and Setup: On-site evaluation of water damage.
Water Mitigation Services: Water extraction and drying via industrial-grade equipment brought by our team.
Drywall Replacement: Removal and disposal of damaged drywall (9′ x 10′).
Baseboard and Insulation: Removal and replacement of approximately 10′ of baseboard.
Minor Attic Remediation: Assessment and minor remediation of the affected area in the attic.
Roof Repairs: Installation of kickout flashing, including the removal of shingles.
Stucco Pillar Restoration: Open and remove stucco from pillar (2’ x 12’ on each of 4 sides).
Wall Preparation and Finishing: Taping, mudding, texturing, and painting of the new drywall.
Protective Measures: Floor protection throughout the project duration.
Monitoring and Logging: Dry log monitoring to track moisture levels and ensure proper drying.
Dump Fee: Disposal fee for removed materials.
PPE for Mold Remediation: PPE supplies for 2 people for 1 day.
