 **Containment Setup** (We set up containment barriers to prevent dust and debris from spreading during work.)

 **Dehumidifier**  (We will use an air scrubber and dehumidifier to ensure a clean and dry environment.)

**Removal of Baseboard and Window Trim** (We will remove the window trim to get the wall completely opened up.)

**Drywall Removal** (9′ x 10′) (We will safely remove the damaged drywall to prepare for replacement.)

**Demo Pillar to Expose Water Damage behind Stucco**

**Demo Roof Shingles at the Edge of the Home to Place the Proper Flashing in the Corner.** (This will require getting the roof to the roof sheathing on this corner.)

**Antimicrobial Treatment** (We will treat affected areas to prevent mold growth. on the pillar area, in the attic and on the lumber on the exposed wall)

**PPE** (Personal Protective Equipment. Protective equipment will be used for safety.)

**Dump Fee** (Covers waste disposal from the project.)

**Replacement of Drywall** (New drywall will be installed to replace any removed material.)

**Applying Tape and Mud the Wall**  (Taping and mudding will be applied for a smooth finish on the drywall.)

**Texturing the Drywall** (We will apply texture to the drywall for aesthetic purposes.)

 **New Baseboard and Window Trim** (Includes painting, caulking and install)

 **Wall Painting** (The walls will also be painted to match the new work. The whole wall will need painted.)

**Insulation Work** (Any insulation will be assessed and replaced as needed. R-13 Fiberglass. Includes vapor barrier)

**Kickout Flashing Installation** (We will install kickout flashing to improve drainage and prevent water damage. This will require matching singles and flashing to be properly installed.)

**Replacement Stucco to Proper Color and Style Texture) 

**Orange Peel Texture** (This will be applied to give a uniform look to the walls.)

**Final Cleanup**
