Treatment with anti-microbial solution in the attic on all areas that are contaminated (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place. This is a square footage calculation.)
