Add new baffles in both units, approximately 12 per unit. (This will allow proper airflow throughout the attic spaces. These baffles will need to be placed on both sides of both units to allow proper ventilation. Cross ventilation will allow for proper ventilation in the attic spaces and will reassure that we can warranty all remediation practices by solving the underlying issues that caused the growth in the first place.)
Contain area for remediation in both units (Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place. Cost is relayed on a linear foot basis)
