Remove and replace the lower section of lumber under the sink to get all the growth the is on it and underneath of it. (This will require for the waterlines to be capped. Then the lower of the area will be removed and disposed of accordingly.)
Remove and replace the sink fixtures that is currently leaking. (There is currently a waterline that is on the sink that needs to come off. It will be better to replace all the lines to reassure that they are functioning adequately down the line.)
Remove the plumbing on the sink in order to start removing the cabinet lowers to repair the drywall behind it (We didn’t know the issues extent until we opened it all up. So we have to take the plumbing fully apart now.)
Removal and replacement of the drywall behind the cabinet lowers (Includes drywall, tape and painting of the drywall.)
Mold treatment (This price changed because there will be more with the cabinet lowers and drywall being removed from the wall.)
Remove and reinstall of the cabinet lowers away from the the drywall so the drywall can be removed and the mold can be cleaned up. (Cabinet lowers being removed could cause the tile on top of the lowers to crack or break. This price includes the replacement of the countertops in the kitchen to match. Also includes the disposal of all the tiles if damaged. This price will decrease if the tile is salvageable.)
Extra cost for brand new cabinet uppers and lowers, includes paint. Newer wood countertops that are wood. Includes installing new faux backsplash. Also includes drywall, taping and texturing with paint match. Includes disposal of old damaged cabinets.
