Insulation will need to be removed because the current insulation is covering the areas of lumber that need cleaned.

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices. This is a per person per day basis. There will need to be new PPE every day for proper safety. This includes the Tyvek suits, gloves, and any filters per the duration of the job).
Treatment with anti-microbial solution in the attic (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)

We expect payments upon the completion of the job. There will be a 3% interest charge per month on late invoices.
