PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices.
Removal of the water that is in the crawlspace (There is puddles throughout the crawlspace that will need to be sucked out. A dehumidifier needs to be put in the crawlspace to make sure that the crawlspace dries up before remediation.)
Add tar around the cold joint in some areas that may have water intrusion. (This is to seal up several areas but all water intrusion falls on the builder to resolve.)
