-Remediation bid is made with working along side the roofer. The roofer will remove the decking of the roof and the Boise Mold Removal will remediate areas of lumber that are remaining
-Remediation will be done with sodium-base anti-microbial solution that will remove most the staining and will also clean all areas.
-The recommendation over 10sqft. is to remove all attic insulation. This recommendation is an IICRC standard.
-Remediate cost includes PPE for technicians
We expect payments upon the completion of the job. There will be a 3% interest charge per month on late invoices.
