Contain Area for Remediation
(Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We will pull the containment after remediation has taken place.
Run air scrubber
(An air scrubber is designed with a dual filtered system in an arear to eliminate any possible contaminates from going through the home.)
PPE
(Personal Protective Equipment) This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices. This is a per person per day basis. This includes the Tyvek suits, gloves, and any filters per the duration of the job).
Treatment with anti-microbial solution
(Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)

We expect payments upon the completion of the job. There will be a 3% interest charge per month on late invoices.
