Remediation of the attic space above where the hatch was in the upstairs bonus area. This included the areas of treatment where the roofers removed the roof sheathing to expose growth on the tails of the trusses. There was an improper install on of the soffit areas, which Tyler and the homeowner were aware of. This didn’t allow us to clean all areas, but again Tyler understands this. This treatment also included man hours for discussing information with Tyler and the homeowner multiple days onsite.
