Contain Area for Remediation (Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place. Cost is relayed on a linear foot basis)

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices. This is a per person per day basis. There will need to be new PPE every day for proper safety. This includes the Tyvek suits, gloves, and any filters per the duration of the job).

Treatment with anti-microbial solution. This includes the growth in the crawlspace, underneath the master shower, underneath the kitchen sink, and behind the drywall in the laundry room.(Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)

Move washer and dryer to expose drywall where water leaked into

Open up drywall behind the washing machine. There will also be insulation that will need to be removed. Once the drywall is removed, there will be treatment on the lumber. Also haul debris away.

Remove and replace bottom shelving under kitchen sink. This will be exposed to treat any growth underneath it.

Remove master shower to expose the lumber underneath it. Most likely the subfloor will need to be replaced. At this time, any treatment will be done to the lumber for growth that is potentially on it.

Add gutter to the back side of the house, approximately 32 linear feet, with downspout.

Install new shower in the master bathroom. This is the price for a shower with a tile surround. Client will purchase the tile (Cost for that is taken off Roughly 85sqft. of tile.) 

Fix the drain line and the clean out in the crawlspace. This will eliminate any moisture in the crawlspace.

Remove and replace insulation in crawlspace where water was by two drains

Remove mold, silicone clean growth and reinstall silicone around kitchen sink.

Fix the waterline underneath the sink in the kitchen. Includes extra labor under house, sink and faucet. (There was additional work done to fix this area, original was 175.) Includes all new pex lines from laundry to dining room.

New box/valves and vent to the laundry room. (EXTRA 2/7/25)

Fix the wax ring around the guest toilet.
