Remediate the growth in the attic by the dryer vent and by the guest bathroom where the bathroom fan was disconnected (Clean with a anti-microbial solution that both cleans and prevents future growth. We will also clean up the drier lent around the plywood where the dryer is vented out)
Clean up the crawlspace growth that was caused by the kitchen sink, sprinkler box on the right side of the home, there are several areas.
Hook up the guest bathroom fan and the dryer connection in the attic (We will not do any roof work, the roof vent for the dryer line was said to not be proper. We will just connect the 2vent in the attic.)
Remove the toilet in the master bathroom to check for any growth underneath it. (There was a moisture reading taken in the master bathroom by the toilet which was elevated. There was signs of moisture that were on the vanity as well. The toilet will be placed in the garage for the plumber to reinstall. All findings under the toilet will be discussed even if everything is okay. If there are issues the client will have evidence through pictures to identify all those findings.)
Remove drywall on the wall on the kitchen wall to expose all growth
Removing the tile floor in the bathtub (Includes debris going to the dump)
Demo shower area and drywall in kitchen area.
Removed underlayment under the bathtub
Remediate the area under the tub that had water damage and the 2x4s.
Drywall texture and paint the kitchen cutout drywall area
Install new plumbing for the new shower
Install the shower pan, hardi-backer (Includes removing drywall above previous shower)
Fix floor tiles for new shower pan install (The tiles won’t line up with the size of the pan and will have to be cut to look correct, includes setting tiles and grout. Client supplies tiles)
Tile the shower with client provided tiles.
Install trim in areas where the trim was removed and needing to be replaced to tie into the shower. (Includes painting and caulking trim that needs it)
Touchup and area of the drywall in the bathroom with paint.
