Remove and replace the drywall in bedrooms 1 and 2 and bedroom 1 closet (The drywall in these areas will need to be cut up to the exterior ground level to reassure that all the growth behind the wall is removed. There is also insulation and vapor barrier on these walls. Price includes removal, disposal, new drywall, taped, textured and painted to like status before damages. The whole wall need to be painted so it blends with the paint properly)
Removal and replace the vapor barrier and wet insulation in the walls that the drywall was removed (These areas will have wet insulation from the water that came through the walls.)
Remediate all the growth in the walls that the drywall was removed from (The walls will have growth on the 2×4 framing members on all the areas that water has past through)
Rebuild and replace the framing that has been damaged in the wall (These areas will need to be anchored to the exterior wall to fir the wall out for drywall install.)
Removal and replace carpet pad in bedroom’s 1 and 2, approx. 4ft x 20ft
