Tear off a pre-existing roofs ( all material will be torn off to give the roofing structure new decking) 

Dump Fees for hauling away material  (All material will be hauled away and disposed of by us to assure the site is clean. There will be multiple dump trips) 

TPO roofing material and installation (TPO material is the flat roof material that will allow for the roof to not leak going forward. First there will be waterproofing put on the decking that were that the other side will not have any further issues going forward. Then a TPO will be sealed to the decking to waterproof the top layer this TPO material will go over the top of the drip edge to reassure that all water runoff will go off the roof according to roofing standards) Some of the planking will also need to be removed because it has rotted through into the livable space.

Remove carpet

Remove minor section of drywall in upstairs room 

Contain Area for Remediation (Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place. Cost is relayed on a linear foot basis)

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices. This is a per person per day basis. There will need to be new PPE every day for proper safety. This includes the Tyvek suits, gloves, and any filters per the duration of the job).

Run air scrubber (An air scrubber is designed with a dual filtered system in an arear to eliminate any possible contaminates from going through the home. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)

HEPA vacuuming (This is a pre and post process. HEPA vacuuming is a process of pulling all contaminates off a surface area. This process eliminates mold particles from a surface area with specific vacuums without contaminating the air quality of a livable space. HEPA vacuuming is normally done before and after to reassure no particles are in the space that was contaminated).

Treatment with anti-microbial solution (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)

Remove and replace any lumber below the carpet that has deteriorated or that is not in viable condition
