Contain Area for Remediation (Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place. Cost is relayed on a linear foot basis)
Run air scrubber (An air scrubber is designed with a dual filtered system in an arear to eliminate any possible contaminates from going through the home. The air scrubber is ran on a daily based per the whole duration of the job.)
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (This is safety equipment for our techs to wear during remediation practices. This is a per person per day basis. There will need to be new PPE every day for proper safety. This includes the Tyvek suits, gloves, and any filters per the duration of the job).
Removal of Drywall (Drywall is removed at times to expose areas where remediation is to take place. This cost is a square footage cost.)
HEPA vacuuming (This is a pre and post process. HEPA vacuuming is a process of pulling all contaminates off a surface area. This process eliminates mold particles from a surface area with specific vacuums without contaminating the air quality of a livable space. HEPA vacuuming is normally done before and after to reassure no particles are in the space that was contaminated).
Treatment with anti-microbial solution (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.) we will also clean the floor where there is growth.
Reinstall Sheetrock where mold was treated. Includes drywall, tape and texturing.
Paint finished product, we will paint all interior walls to make sure that all paint matches. This includes masking everything and painting with the color that the pump house room is currently.
Removal of batt insulation. (This includes bagging up the insulation and disposing of it. IICRC certification requires all mold remediation companies to remove insulation when the growth is over 10sqft. This is a square footage calculation.)
Add switch for the fan for humidity levels to stay balanced within the pump house.
