Removal of vapor barrier around the back of the house and the right side where water has come in. This will allow for the drying process to happen. 

Put drying equipment in crawlspace to dry out all the wet areas. This will require 3 fans and 1 dehumidifier.

Dig out preexisting French drain system to allow tie in of new section. From customers information the old basin was not installed correctly. We will take the old basin out in order to revert the water to the front of the house.

Dig new run from the old basin section to the front of the house. There will be a popup emitter that will allow all water to flow to it. There will be piping installed the whole way through the trench that it dug. The trench will have rock that can allow the flow of water through it. Then the water will be about to go into the line that we install which will go to the popup emitter in the front. 

Seal internal an external concrete to make sure that no water will come into the crawlspace. This will be done internally by running a concrete sealant made for repelling water on the interior and exterior. The exterior will need to be dug down by the foundation and then cleaned up for the proper sealant. We will want to do the whole corner of the house and the right side. 

Add back fill dirt, and other materials so that the clients yard is not an eye soar at the end of the process.

Treatment with anti-microbial solution (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)

install new vapor in sections that were removed.
