Step 2 – Demolition & Removal
Remove Bathtub ($200): The existing bathtub will be disconnected, lifted out, and hauled away.
Remove Sheet Vinyl Flooring ($300): The old vinyl flooring across the entire bathroom will be stripped out.
Remove and Reinstall Toilet ($150): The toilet will be disconnected, removed, and disposed of properly.
Remove Old Plumbing ($175): All water lines and drains that fed the old tub and toilet will be disconnected and capped safely.
Remove Underlayment ($200): The sub-layer under the vinyl flooring will be taken out so we can start fresh with a clean, solid base.
Remove Insulation ($100): A section of insulation (about 6×4) that has been affected will be pulled out and bagged.
