SECTION 1 — French Drain System + Site Preparation
Scope Includes:
-Excavate approx. 20–25 linear feet along front foundation
-Mini excavator rental (3 days)
-Lay OSB ground protection for yard access
-Remove/move 2 small plants and reset
-Open fence access and reinstall with one new post
-Rake back 4 ft of bark for full 20 ft length
-Remove and replace weed barrier
-Install 4″ perforated pipe with filter sock
-Add washed drain rock and wrap with fabric
-Extend drain 25 ft away from foundation to daylight
-Backfill, compact, and regrade
-Rake and reinstall bark after work is completed
