Step 3 – Mold & Water Cleanup
Crawlspace Mold Treatment ($175): The crawlspace under the bathroom (about 4×6 area) will be treated with an antimicrobial solution to stop mold growth. (No visible signs but this will be preventative)
Water Extraction in Crawlspace ($125): Any standing water in the crawlspace will be vacuumed out.
Mold Treatment by Bathtub ($275): The floor under and around where the bathtub sat will be cleaned and treated to kill and prevent.
