Install 2 fans in each bathroom to eliminate the humidity in the bathrooms (The fans will have humidistat for the humidity levels, also they will need a 4inch line that will be vented on the roof, currently there is a 3inch)
Clean both bathrooms of growth to reassure that it is eliminated (There is a 3yr. warranty on the remediation)
Paint master bathroom with anti-microbial paint (Client may do this and the price will be taken off)
