HEPA vacuuming is normally done before and after to reassure no particles are in the space that was contaminated).

Remove and replace vapor barrier in crawlspace (The removal of vapor barrier can be done for two reasons, one is that the vapor barrier is contaminated by the growth. Any building supplies is deemed contaminated when the contamination in an area is over 10sqft. Another reason to replace vapor barrier is that the vapor barrier is not installed properly. Improper install of vapor barrier can cause moisture issues which in turn can cause potential growth in the future. This done on a per sqft. basis).

Pour approximately 16ft. x 2ft. of concrete in the bottom of the flower bed to reassure that water will not continue to seep through the floor bed. (There will need to be road mix placed in the flower bed after the rocks are removed. Then the road mix will be compacted and then concrete poured).

Removal of batt insulation in crawlspace (This includes bagging up the insulation and disposing of it. IICRC certification requires all mold remediation companies to remove insulation when the growth is over 10sqft. This is a square footage calculation.)

Install New Batt Insulation in crawlspace (Insulation R-value will be determined by the standard that Idaho has set for various areas of the home and the region of the state signified through the IDAHO ENERGY CONSERVATION CODES. This is done on a square footage calculation.)
