Replacement of the underneath section of the upstairs sink area.(Most likely with these demos the drywall in the back will need to be replaced at least under the wood. Exposing this area will allow for treatment with an antimicrobial on all growth. The lower will be disposed of accordingly)
Treatment with anti-microbial solution in the downstairs bathroom, under the upstairs sink, on the floor located by the dishwasher, under the upstairs sink where the lower was removed and in the downstairs exposed closet. (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)
Install LVP in the upstairs and in the bathroom (Includes the removal and disposal of the carpet in the upstairs and on the stairs. Client has the current flooring. Approx. 614sqft. of flooring that will need to be laid.)
Install the baseboard in the upstairs only (This includes install and painting)
Sand and stain the stairs that had carpet on it. (We will also do the older ones to make sure they match well)
Paint bathroom one tone color and ceiling over the downstairs kitchen sink (Optional for the client. Painting includes baseboard being painted as well.)
