Contain closer area (Containment eliminates any contaminates from existing into the livable space. Without the containment also the insulation, if removed can possibly enter the livable space, kicking insulation, dirt and possible mold-like substance around. We can pull the containment after remediation has taken place.)
Removal of batt insulation in crawlspace (This includes bagging up the insulation and disposing of it. This will need to be done to remove the vapor barrier underneath to seal the foundation so water will no longer come into the crawl.)
Remove and replace vapor barrier (The removal of vapor barrier will be removed in order to seal the concrete behind it so no water will come in. This includes the reinstall.)
Seal concrete around the whole crawlspace to reassure no water comes back in. Requires brushing the concrete to make sure sealant adheres correctly.
