Pull carpet back and replace subfloor where it has deteriorated. Approximately a 6x2ft section. There will need to be some framing done in the crawlspace to reassure that the flooring will remain solid.  (This will be a 3/4 inch subfloor flooring).

Remove drywall (More drywall was removed than original estimate), baseboard below and the trim around the windows will need to be removed. The drywall up to the top of the windows, approximately 2ft. around the sides of the windows and the drywall directly below the windows will need to be removed. (Removing this drywall and trim will reassure that all areas are exposed for proper cleaning. The trim and drywall will need to be fully replaced).

Remove and reset the 2 windows to reassure that they will be set properly. (These window need the Tyvek tape installed to eliminate any future water from coming into this area).

Treatment with anti-microbial solution around the area where the water was coming in through the windows. Also in the crawlspace. (There was more than original bid. We will also clean the carpet with a cleaner just to reassure there is no other issues with growth. The carper was already damaged as well. (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)

Replace drywall inside the home where the drywall was removed. (More drywall was removed than original bid). (This will need moisture barrier installed, new insulation in the walls and new drywall and texture with the proper paint).

Install new batt insulation in the crawlspace. (More insulation was removed than original bid). Requires one bag (Insulation R-value will be determined by the standard that Idaho has set for various areas of the home and the region of the state signified through the IDAHO ENERGY CONSERVATION CODES).

Install new base and window trim in the home. (This is for install and painting).

Pull carpet back a little bit in bedroom closet.

Removal drywall inside the closet in the bedroom by the front of the house. (This should be approximately a 32’’x 8ft section to expose why the moisture is happening)

Replace drywall inside the closet bedroom  where  the drywall was removed. (This will need moisture barrier installed, new insulation in the walls and new drywall and texture with the proper paint).

Treatment with anti-microbial solution in the closet in the bedroom to the front of the house. (Treatment is performed with an anti-microbial solution that eliminates and prevents future growth. All treatment is warrantied for 3yrs. unless Boise Mold Removal does not provide a warranty under the stipulations of the client not solving the underlying issue that caused the growth in the first place.)

Removal and replacement of batt insulation in the wall in the closet. (This includes bagging up the insulation and disposing of it. IICRC certification requires all mold remediation companies to remove insulation when the growth is over 10sqft.)

Removal and replacement of framing in the wall that was rotted out by the window.

Removal and replacement of new siding on the back walls. We note that our company was not the company on the color match. This included Tyveking the back of the house.

Replace Vapor barrier that is missing or damaged.

Address small puddles of water under the master bedroom (The water was coming from excessive water).
