Scope of Work:

1. French Drain Installation
   • Install approximately 30 feet of French drain on the air conditioner side of the home.
   • Excavate trench and install perforated pipe with gravel for proper drainage.
   • Ensure correct slope and backfill with appropriate materials.
   • Add popup admitter in the flowerbed to reassure that the overflow will drain out into the flowerbed which is at a slope
2. Bush Removal & AC Unit Relocation
   • Remove and dispose of two existing bushes in the work area.
   • Temporarily relocate the air conditioning unit to allow for necessary excavation.
   • Reinstall the AC unit upon completion, ensuring proper connections.
3. Foundation Crack Sealing & Waterproofing
   • Identify and seal any cracks found in the foundation wall.
   • Apply a waterproof membrane to the foundation to prevent moisture penetration.
4. Basement Drywall Repair
   • Repair and replace any drywall affected by the project.
   • Ensure a smooth and finished appearance.

Bathroom Remodel

• Remove all remaining flooring in the bathroom.
• Install a new fiberglass tub and surround.
• Install new flooring in the bathroom.
• Install new plumbing for the tub.
• Install new drywall as needed and apply paint for a finished look.
• Reinstall toilet

Create custom closet for the client per the request of the the client.
